chart2. Place your bids

Place your bids by lot number using the form at the left side of each postcard auction page. You can also place your bids by email, telephone (231) 352-9758 or by mail. If you bid over full estimate your bid will be reduced to one advance over the next highest bid. Your bids will always be confirmed by an email from either Ron or Alec Millard. By submitting a bid you agree to the auction terms of sale below.

3. Check high/starting bids

We post high/starting bid updates one week before and on the day before the auction closes.

4. After the auction closes

If your bid was successful you will receive an email or mail invoice from Cherryland Auctions showing which lots you won and the total including shipping and handling. Cherryland Auctions charges no buyers premium.

You can pay by making a Paypal payment to: cherrylandauctions@charter.net or mail a check to: Ronald D. Millard, PO Box 427, Frankfort, MI 49635. If you would like to pay by credit card or another method not listed here please contact us.

Cards will be wrapped in stiff cardboard or bubble wrap to protect them during shipping. Your shipment will be fully insured by our private insurance.

Auction return policy

Any auction lot, the description of which is incorrect, is returnable for a complete refund within 5 days of receipt, less the cost of shipping.
